The Expert: Alicia Guerrieri

Alicia is the “goto” expert for real estate agents when preparing listings for sale. Over the past ten years, she has consulted on over 5,000 properties, combining her training in finance with her keen eye for detail to produce fast results for her clients. Statistics show that homes that have been evaluated by Alicia sell 60% faster than those that do not utilize her recommendations.

Alicia produces actionable tactics and measurable implementation strategies. Preferred affiliate partners utilizing Alicia’s expertise include Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties and Walt Danley Realty.

What is iSearchDecor?

iSearchDecor provides real estate concierge services for agents and their clients. Services include occupied staging consultations, vacant home staging services, vendor referrals and instant, real-time home inspection quotes.

Does the iSearchDecor service cost me any money?

Staging services fees can be provided upon request. Vendor referrals are always free. A report of quotes for home inspection repair items costs $50 or $75 depending on the number of quotes needed.

Is iSearchDecor a staging company?

iSearchDecor incorporates staging in it’s 5-step POP process. iSearchDecor provides a complete solution for brokerages and individual agents.

What do I receive from iSearchDecor?

For occupied staging consultations, clients will receive a detailed report within 24 hours of the appointment. For vacant home staging proposals, clients will receive staging costs broken out by room within 24 hours of visiting the property. For vendor referrals, clients will receive an email with the contact information of the vendors who accept the offer to quote on the client’s project. For instant quotes for home inspection repairs, a customized report with low, average and high repair quotes is provided.

Is my client under any obligation to buy from the vendors referred to them?

Your client is under no obligation to hire the vendors referred by iSearchDecor . Any transaction that clients enter into with a vendor is exclusive of iSearchDecor. Please review our Terms and Conditions for details.

How are businesses accepted into the iSearchDecor network?

Vendors are accepted into the iSearchDecor program if they meet the requirements as outlined in the Vendor Approval Process.
